They also commit to a worker-created Code of Conduct to ensure safe working conditions and prevent forced labor, sexual harassment and child labor in the fields. »It's one of the most important documentaries I've seen in a very long time.«

Joy Reid, MSNBC

»Food Chains“ is the film at the Berlinale that presents the inhuman living and working conditions of tomato pickers in Florida. Susanne Kippenberger, Der Tagesspiegel

»Food Chains is viscerally moving, shows a true lens into the lives of the very people who pick our food.«

Venerated chef and farm-to-table pioneer, Alice Waters

»The illuminating film FOOD CHAINS reveals the price that some workers pay for providing others with staple foods.«
